How does Omichan work?
Omichan uses RAG with vector embeddings. When you upload documents, we index them. When users ask questions, we retrieve relevant context and generate accurate answers.
Do I need coding skills?
No. Create an app, upload documents, and paste the embed snippet — straightforward integration, no programming required.
Does the chatbot support Vietnamese?
Yes. Omichan supports multiple languages including Vietnamese. The model can follow the user’s language in replies.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each app has its own keys and domain whitelist. We do not use your data to train public models.
Can I use it on multiple websites?
Yes. Each app supports multiple whitelisted domains, or create separate apps per site with different content.
Are there document size limits?
The free plan allows up to 10 documents. Higher limits will come with paid plans when they launch. Each doc can hold thousands of characters — enough for most cases.
